Please carefully read the Independent Contractor Agreement below.

The Developer agrees to complete assigned tasks by agreed-upon deadlines.
Failure to complete tasks by deadlines, or repeated missed deadlines, may result in immediate removal from the project and forfeiture of any revenue percentage or position.
Inactivity without prior notice for extended periods, or poor communication with the project lead, may result in removal from the team.

Payment terms will be established before work begins.
Hall Of Evolutions reserves the right to transition compensation from percentage-based to task-based payment if deemed necessary for the project's health.

All work created for the project remains the exclusive property of Hall Of Evolutions.
Any attempt to steal, copy, or reuse project assets, code, or systems without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
Removed team members may not retain ownership or copies of project assets, systems, or files.

Sharing, leaking, or distributing project files, scripts, assets, or internal information is prohibited.
Failure to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the project may result in immediate removal and potential blacklisting.

Toxic behavior, harassment, or abuse toward team members will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination.
Any actions that damage, jeopardize, or negatively affect the project or its reputation may result in immediate removal.
Hall Of Evolutions reserves the right to remove the contractor at any time if they are deemed unfit for the role.
